Over the past year and a half, I’ve taken hundreds of pictures of flowers, insects and birds in the garden. Originally, I used the photos to record and identify wildlife. To my delight, I’ve also been able to capture interesting behaviours and interactions. Most of my photos just sit unorganized and unseen in electronic folders. Few ever make it into these themed blog posts. Such a shame!

Now, more than ever, I want to share these photos, so I recently started posting daily on Facebook (Berit Erickson (Corner Pollinator Garden)) and Instagram (@cornerpollinatorgarden). If you missed out on an in-person visit when tours were cancelled, if you don’t have a garden of your own, or if you don’t have opportunities to get out into nature, you may enjoy a virtual outing to my yard.

Pop on over if you’d like to see more of my garden.
I clicked on the FB link and I have to request to be your friend. Is there a page to follow instead?

I still cannot follow it ask me to add Berit Erickson as a friend. I searched for cornerpollinatorgarden and it doesn’t come up w/o Berit Erickson.

I am Berit Erickson, so that’s why my name comes up. If you send a friend request, I will accept. I have done this with others. I am used to Instagram, which is much less complicated. I have set the page to be publicly accessible, but I guess the only way to get notifications is as a friend.
